For more than 100 years Michelin's design and production techniques have been at the forefront of scientific and technological advances. This is why we have no typical employee profiles or specific colleges/universities that we target. Our recruitment process starts by selecting candidates' CVs and covering letters. Successful applicants shall be invited to an initial interview. Those successful shall attend an assessment centre combining tests and interviews, which enables us to make a quick and well-informed decision on your suitability.
